Okay. Last post. I do that photography thing, so as I move in here I want to show off some of my stuff.
I shot this one to illustrate someone's story on a web 'zine.
This one I shot while on a walk on Christmas Day last year.
Finally, this one is from a few weeks ago.
It's funny. You'd think I love working on B&W from all these. Really, I prefer color but I guess I'm just in a monochrome mood tonight.
Okay, I lied, that wasn't the last for tonight. ladybug69 is watching "Monk" on the TV, so you get another book I read, toward the beginning of the month, and haven't gotten around to posting about on my web page yet. This one's about the youth of Julius Caesar. Not bad, not as great (so far as historical adventure fiction goes) as something by Bernard Cornwell, but we take what we can get. I may give the sequels a go.
So, I just started this, and the fact that I can write so easily about the books I read is, well, awesome. I just finished this one a few nights ago. This is my 2nd read. Still great. As an Ellroy fan, it's interesting to realize he wrote this one in the first person. It's been awhile since I read the LA Quartet. I can't remember if White Jazz is that way or not.
Anyway, looking forward to the movie in a few weeks.
Oh, and, "Hi."
